Incorrect item delivered

When I received the order, the shoe box was broken and basically not in good shape. And when I opened it, the shoes are not the same item as what I ordered. The box label is correct, but the shoes inside is not the right one. I will definitely return this item.

Good overall

Quality feel and look, comfortable- but padding doesn’t quite got toe so I feel a little drop off. I think that will go down as I wear them. It’s noticeable because with the wedge heel your foot tend to slide down to toe. I can’t wear regular heels any longer and this is a very good alternative- dressier than many.
