Inaccurate sizing

The boots run small. I went up half a size and bought the wide width and it was still too small. Clarks shoes have been hot or miss lately. I don't know why they have changed their products. their inconsistent sizing makes for a disappointing purchase. I can no longer buy my true size 7.5 and expect it to fit.

Don’t bother

Customer service is awful. The shoes were incorrect , then out of stock . This is not the Macy’s I’m used to dealing with anymore.

I absolutely love these boots! They are very comfortable and keep my feet warm in our cold temperatures.

Didn’t receive.

Never received them. They were sent back. The web site rolled back to an old address after I ordered them. They were out of my size when I tried to reorder.
