Shoe size was manufactured too small.

The shoe did not fit. My regular size is 6 and I tried a 5 in the store and it fit. The sizing was off on this style, I imagine. When I receive the size 5 pump at home, it was extremely tight. The floor model did not seem worn so I figured the size was off and I ordered the 5 but the floor model must have been stretched

Very poor quality, don’t bother purchasing

These are terrible quality shoes. I wore it in the office, bumped into a filing cabinet and the top layer coating peeled away. It wasn’t even scuffed, just a thin layer of colored cloth. I don’t get how the company can sell something made this poorly. No quality control whatsoever. How can I get this refunded or exchanged when they even sent the wrong receipt with my order??

After dozens of Clarks shoe purchases, this one is being returned. The shoes run about a full size too long, and the shoe is wide overall.
