Wrong Shoe Received

I order all black tennis but was sent the black & white shoes with the white sole instead. Will be returning

Completely scratched up upon taking out of box.

I just got these in the mail. I immediately opened them. I was really looking forward to them immediately. The shoeboxes open and the shoes are just loose in the shipping box. Just so scratched up they look horrible. Look at the pictures I included. There is no way I’m gonna keep these. Absolutely no way.

THIS IS NOT THE SHOE I ORDERED!

Comfortable shoe but it is not the pair of shoes I ordered. The shoe I selected online is black with a black sole. The shoe I received is black with a white sole. I attached pictures.

Very uncomfortable

what a mistake. They are stiff and killing my feet. I'm so angry. I didn't notice they were available in a wide. I am not a wide but in this I may have had to be. Wish I could return.

Wrong Black Shoes Shipped Twice

I tried these shoes on at a Clark's Outlet, and they were comfortable. But I decided to order them online at Macy's. I ordered the black shoes with black soles. But I received the black shoes with white soles. I contacted Macy's via the chat option, was given a mailing label to return them, and was assured they would send me the correct ones as a replacement. The replacement they sent also has the white soles, and trying to return a replacement is turning out to be a nightmare. If you want the black shoes with black soles, I recommend you do not order them online. Very frustrating experience.
