wrong shoes

you sent me the wrong shoes

Very uncomfortable

what a mistake. They are stiff and killing my feet. I'm so angry. I didn't notice they were available in a wide. I am not a wide but in this I may have had to be. Wish I could return.

Wrong Black Shoes Shipped Twice

I tried these shoes on at a Clark's Outlet, and they were comfortable. But I decided to order them online at Macy's. I ordered the black shoes with black soles. But I received the black shoes with white soles. I contacted Macy's via the chat option, was given a mailing label to return them, and was assured they would send me the correct ones as a replacement. The replacement they sent also has the white soles, and trying to return a replacement is turning out to be a nightmare. If you want the black shoes with black soles, I recommend you do not order them online. Very frustrating experience.

I try ordering this shoe in all black twice and they send me black and white twice. I so disappointed.

Many Compliments and Comfortable

I ordered these a few months ago, because 1) I liked the look, and 2) I was flying soon and shoe zippers would help with preflight checks. It's been over five months since my purchase, and it was a good choice on both counts. Almost every time I wear these shoes, both friends and strangers comment how they like them. The bronze gold color probably helps too! These also are very comfortable! Once laces are tied for comfortable fit, I almost always use the zippers for easy on and off. (Worked great for flying; finally stopped wearing worn out loafers kept for such occasion). These are a great style for a casual and comfortable shoe! I am likely to purchase other similar styles from Clarks in the future.
