Cute but velcro stopped working

I don’t wear these very often and they are in perfect condition except that on one shoe the velcro comes undone while I’m wearing them. Now I have to stop wearing these what a waste. Would not recommend this design.

These shoes are so cute but the strap has a small piece of velcro instead of a buckle, and so the strap keeps popping undone.

Too long and the toe box is too narrow

These have a very strange fit. I ordered my regular size, a woman's eight, and they were too long, my heels were coming out when I walked. And the toe box was already uncomfortable immediately. Needless to say these are going back. I've also just been having this problem with Clarks and I think I'm just going to stop buying them from now on, they're just not for my feet.

Clarks

Really comfortable for me. The cushioning inside is soft. I have a lowered heel so shoes like these are good for when I'm dressed up for long periods of time. I still need to break into them a bit more to get the full benefit of them.

Very comfortable and well made

I like Clarks brand as their shoes very comfortable. You don’t feel the heels. Highly recommended. True to size.
