No customer service follow through.

I ordered the shoes and it showed delivery for Saturday which was perfect only to get the co formation after payment that they would not be delivered until Monday which was too late!! Did not get refund as started by customer service!

A half size too big

Loved these shoes but found they ran about a half size too big. Heel was slipping out. Very disappointed!

Almost so cute!!!

I wanted so badly to love these shoes! The toe and strap are adorable, I instantly fell in love. But the heel is placed so far back on the shoe not only does it take away from the cuteness, it changes the center of balance. In addition to that, the footbed, while being super soft, did not touch the arch of my foot at all. I wear an 8.5 and the shoe was true to size.

Wide isn't wide enough

Shoes are beautiful, and i was hoping the rounded toe would work.. It is a real shame that Clark's has forgotten that wide shoes actually need to be wide. I have to return all the shoes I ordered.
