Don't believe everything you read [except this!]

I was persuaded by the overly earnest review that complains that these sandals have a metatarsal footbed. They don't. I like them much less than Clarks Balta Reef sandals, which do have proper support. They also seem to run a little small. Altogether, not much of a buy, even on sale.

do not shop at Macy’s

Guess what you probably are not shopping at Macy’s even though you are on their app and website. And guess what you cannot return your items! Not even for store credit. I have been a customer of here for years and I’m never shopping here again.

Not pleasantly impressed

The pictures don't show it, the description doesn't claim it, but this model has what looks suspiciously like arch support. I am a life-long (75 years) user of Clarks sandals as much because they always provided a flat and flexible sole to their sandals. Arch supports are for people with flat feet. Arch supports interfere with the function of healthy feet, by preventing unrestricted flexing of the arch.
