Macy’s no online return option

I purchased a pair of boots online. The boot size ordered was 7, the traditional size that my significant other wears daily. The boots are too small. There is no online return option. She went to a local Macy’s store to return for a larger size, but none of the surrounding Macy stores had a 7.5 size available. Why is there not an online return process?

Those booties are really cute. I have a wide foot and like to wear thick socks so I went up a size. These are good looking boots.

great with dress pants and jeans

Found these on sale and they are just what I was looking for. Clarks has decent support and I can wear them all day. This bootie is pretty, not chunky. They look great with dress pants for work and with jeans on weekends.

Need 10 1/2

This boot is very stylish . Love the look of this boot! Workmanship is great. But....I have to return boots because of foot injury. If boot came in half sizes I'd exchange not return. Very sad that I am unable to keep these boots! For the price they are top shelf.
