Lovely pair of Boat Shoes

Lovely pair of gents boat shoes. Unfortunately my husband has Motor Neurone Disease & I’m Unable to get him to the shops. I ordered the shoes on line they was extra wide due to my husband’s swollen feet I’m pleased to say they are a perfect fit & extremely smart he’s delighted with his purchase many thanks

My first Clarks failure

I have bought and enjoyed many pairs of Clarks shoes over the years. These were the only ones that were a failure. I liked the design, but the soles are too thin--you feel every cobblestone. The rubber lip on the front quickly came loose and part ripped off. The leather looks great at first, then quickly disintegrates into less blue and more dusty looking. I cannot recommend these and have to get something new more quickly than I planned.

Weak glued-on soles

I still have the old version of the sailview shoe from 10+ years ago, but this new version detaches from the sole too easily. Has anyone found a fix for this, maybe some shoe glue?

Missing order no answer!!

Today is August 26, 2024, order still missing. I followed up order status 3 times since August 20. Never received satisfactory answer. Last followed up at Macys CS in Willowbrook, Friday August 23. They were unable to find any answer either. Therefore, I am cancelling this order. Will evaluate present relationship with Macy's.

Comfort and quality

This is a very nice looking, well made and comfortable shoe, typical Clark’s quality. Hubby really likes them.
