Unable to comment on fit or comfort

Sandals arrived in a bag with a Clarks, not Macy's, logo. The sandals were not in a box; instead, they were hooked together with plastic "string" plus a hanger like you see at Dearfoams & Isotoner displays. I figured if I cut that string then had to return because they didn't work out, all bets would be off as far as getting a refund. So, I'm returning as I received them and giving one-star for such an asinine way of sending Clarks footwear.

Clarks is the ‘BEST’ shoe company there is, I have been buying just about every style they make over the past 20 years and I have not found a better shoe for my feet. I have started purchasing Clark’s shoes and these sandals for my granddaughter, who has some problems with her feet and she loves them, “ the support you get for your whole foot is just wonderful.
