Garbage

This product is absolute garbage. The buttons started pulling through the cushions within the first couple months. I attempted to contact Macy's, consequently covid happened and wasn't able to get any help. Since then, at least 12 buttons have pulled through. I attempted to take them to a seamstress and they were not able to help. Ultimately, I've sewn the holes closed for now and waiting for the next batch to pop through.

Poor Decision

Waiting for well over two months to receive this couch was painful but not as painful as receiving it and after only a few days found this couch to be a woefully poor quality item. Cushions soft and offer no support and already showing signs of indentations in the seating areas.

Love our new furniture

Beautiful furniture. Got sofa and love seat. Very well constructed, sleek, clean style. Has a modern yet traditional feel. Very happy with our purchase.

SO Comfy!

I LOVE THIS SOFA! We love how long it is. We can nap on it and our feet don't hang over. Super comfy!

Online photos are misleading

Thrillist Fog looks like a brown/gray in the photos. It is NOT. We just had our couch delivered and it is light gray (with maybe a slight hint of blue?!) - no brown at all. Not what I was expecting given the photos online. It looked more grieve in the photos online. We couldn’t go into the store to view samples due to Covid and trusted the online pictures. Big mistake! I’m not sure if we’re going to send it back - will lose delivery fee and re-stocking fee. The couch itself seems nice. Fabric is not soft but couch is comfy.

Do not buy

It looks nice but poor quality. Not long after we purchased this sectional it started falling apart. Every single cushion had buttons that broke. We can’t even flip the cushions around, because every cushion is damaged. The chair leg also has a crack. Literally we only had these sofas for a couple months before we had issues. For reference my husband and I are petite people too. Just proves these sofas are not designed to be used.

Sturdy and stylish sofa

We were looking for a sofa to fill a large room that would also be comfortable and fit with a mid-century modern aesthetic (not an easy task). At 93" long, we can comfortably fit 4+ people on it, or it's long enough to nap on. The fact that the back cushions are removable, which means they can be re-stuffed if we ever need to, was a huge plus, and the two matching pillows that come with the sofa make it so comfortable to lean against the arm rests, which are only slightly padded. It is on the firmer side, but still comfortable. We've had our sofa for over 6 months now, and it still looks like the day we bought it. It shows almost no wear--in the padding or in the fabric (and it has had heavy use, including pets and children climbing on it). The fabric itself is a miracle fabric. We decided to live on the wild side and got the light grey fabric, and we have gotten both soot and grease out of it, with no lingering stain. Would recommend (especially when it's on sale)!

Great stylish attainable medium quality sofa

We have had this sofa in the Fog Grey color for about a year now, and we love it. I would consider this a medium-to-good quality sofa at a good price point (make sure to wait until it is on sale for a couple hundred off). The frame is very sturdy, and the upholstery is very clean in both pattern and construction. The pillows are made with good quality foam, although the fabric of a couple of them is beginning to hold a few wrinkles as a result of heavy use (we live in a one bedroom apartment, and especially with covid, it's being sat on upwards of eight hours per day). It's also been fairly puppy resistant, including an incident a few weeks back where a puppy pal peed directly on the accompanying storage chair and we were able to get the stain completely out using a googled home remedy! All in all, we expect this to be good for five years in the living room limelight, and probably another ten tucked away in our basement somewhere.
