Disappointed

Nice eyebrow pencil, easy to use. Very disappointed to find out after I purchased and used it a few times....no sharpener included! Should have been pointed out at purchase. When you spend this much you expect a sharpener so you can carry on using it! Bad customer care.

Very good and easy to use

Too hard on my skin

I'm sorry, but this is not for me. I found it to be very hard and dragged when applying. I've lost my eyebrows as a result of chemotherapy, and this was quite painful to apply. Every other Clarins product I've used has been great, but this was anything but.
