adjustable bed frame

The bed frame works well, once we got it working! The company is difficult to communicate with as they are East Coast. When I asked for a new remote they sent 3 pages of directions to try, but the remote was a different one. We eventually got the remote paired by adding 2 9volt batteries to the mechanism under the bed. There were not any instructions for that, nor did they supply the batteries.
