called Macys and the company for this base

I called Macys and the company for this base because it came damage the the cord that moves the bed in positions the emergency stop button was all the way in no one including Macys did nothing for me all I needed was the cord replaced brand new and no one did anything it is too heavy to return I put in for that also . I would not buy this you will lose your money and Macys will do nothing about it . SB

Disappointed

I would not recommend due to the weight and the poor quality of the bed. It is extremely heavy and very difficult to to set up (especially the functionality of the elevation) At least, for us older people .

I CONTACTED MACY BY PHONE THE SALER BY EMAIL THE EMERGENCY STOP BOTTON DOSE NOT WORK MACY SAID SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU BY EMAIL THIS WAS ON 01/18/25 NO ONE HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME THE BASE IS TOO HEAVY AT THIS POINT TO RETURN SO DO NOT BUY THIS BASE . SANBARR
