Macy’s has terrible customer service

Great dress terrible shopping experience at Macy’s. The associates at Macy’s messed my order up twice! And when I reached out both times to fix it, the order was messed up again. Regarding size and shipping speed. When I complained to customer service they basically said too bad. I suggest to everyone, save yourself time and frustration and shop somewhere else.

Great dress!

This dress was perfect for my daughter’s Northern Lights dance. The back is sheer at the top, so we put a strap under it so no skin was shown. Great length for her 5’0 frame.

A compromise! Not mini and not knee-length...

Great dress in a length that was a good compromise. Daughter wanted short, but she is TALL. This was acceptable without showing too much. My daughter loved the color. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars: I was a little disappointed that some of the stitching seems loose and the straps were really difficult to adjust.
