I will not order on line from Macy’s again

Shipping was not in the timeframe stated when I placed the order and came 6 days later. Tracking on the package was not updating and was given different information from each rep I “chatted” with for updates. I will never order any “third party” items as I did not realize that is what Macy’s does now. Ordering on the Macy’s site I thought it was from Macy’s not realizing ai had to read small print on where it was actually coming from. Now I am still waiting on my refund 4 days after returning the item directly to Macy’s
