You haven’t sent it to me yet. The tracking shows you printed the label but haven’t yet given to ups. I’m going to ask for a refund

Order never received

I bought this lip gloss online at Macy’s almost a month ago. Waited for emails for when I could pick up. I just went online and see they refunded my purchase with no explanation. TERRIBLE service!!

Go with the clear

I’ve used their clear and love it for a few reasons, which is why I bought 3 colors. With the clear, I didn’t really have to wait or look for plumping results; it happened within a few minutes of applying. The clear was so pretty on, I gifted one tube to my facialist and had my BFF, who never wears lipgloss, try it. I thought it made such a beautiful difference. On the other hand, the colors were not glossy to me and I am not convinced that they had any plumping results. The colors did have some shine to them but it wasn’t really glossy; instead, it was almost iridescent(?)I really wasn’t impressed by the colors and for the price, I definitely would not recommend. I will be returning mine.
