The box is so dirty

The watch is ok I like it but the watch box was damaged.

Excellent watch, poor customer service

This is an excellent watch which never needs battery replacement. I purchased on a sale Jan 20th - received Jan 27th. Then, a much bigger sale happened on Jan 30th. Customer service REFUSED to allow a price adjustment since from the 20th to the 30th is considered 11 days. Adjustments are made within 10 days. A QR code is no longer sent. So, if one doesn’t own a printer you must jump through hoops. I repurchased the watch at the lower price and had the band adjusted in store when returning the previous one. The employee said they would’ve made a price adjustment. However, I’m 100 miles from the store and needed to wait until I had business in the area. I’m permanently physically disabled and discouraged by the treatment I’ve received.

BEAUTIFUL CITIZEN ECO WATCH!

This is my second Citizen Eco watch. It is lightweight and has an easy to read face which is a true white. There is a little sparkle to dress it up so you don’t have to switch it out. I goes from casual to dressy. I love that I never have to replace the battery. My other one is going strong after 10 years and bigger than this one so I switch off. I bought it online and took it to Macy’s to have a couple of links removed. I like it to fit like a bracelet so it’s not too tight and has a little movement. You will love this watch!
