One of the Best watches I have ever seen. Had lot of options
Its too good and awesome to have that. This is one of the best watches i have ever seen so far. I loved it
Obsessed!
I bought this watch for my fiance as a christmas gift. At first when I saw it online I overlooked it and didn't think I liked it. Once I saw it in the store I was extremely impressed and literally couldn't stop staring at it. I was able to get it for a great price at Macys and my fiance was soooooo in love with it when I gave it to him. He wears it all the time and gets so many compliments. It is SUCH a unique watch and has some really cool features. I would HIGHLY recommend this watch. Do not hesitate to buy! I think any man would love it.
Excellent watch, strap should be some more bold.
This is one perfect watch in looks, quality and features. Atomic timekeeping works perfect, Very easy to read time, If you spent some time, learn how to read time of other cities from this watch, Even unit conversions is a nice feature if you like more tech features. It has a fluorescent needle and dial, so can read time in the dark, It's not backlit but nice feature if you are in a campfire or in flight etc. I gave only 4 stars because the strap is not bold color, its little 'dull' blue color. Perforated leather gives it good looks. I needed leather strap compared to stainless steel/titanium strap. So had no option than to buy this. Overall very nice watch to own.
Boyfriend loves it!
It was a fantasic idea for a Christmas present he loves the blue angels so happy for him to see them with his watch on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The worse watch ever.
I have more than one watch. So, after I bought this one at Macy's, and use it for a couple months, I put it away on the the top of my bureau in my room. When I decide to use it again, I couldn't adjust the time. Went to Macy's, explained what was wrong. They took the watch to fix it. But for some reason, I had the felling it would happen again. Well, after a used for a month or two, I put it away again but this time near a window under a very strong daily light. In the middle of April, I decide to use it and one more time, I can't adjust the time. I know we have to put the long pointer in NYC (New York City) and than the the pointers will automatically will look for the write time. I feel very frustrated for a few reasons, it's a nice looking watch, I paid good money for it and than what? I have no watch, doesn't work!!!!!
Response from Brand Customer Support
Our Eco Drive series of timepieces require regular exposure to light for proper operation, so perhaps all that's needed is recharging. The amount of light required depends on the type of light as well as the type of movement caliber in the timepiece. Recharge guides can be found in the instruction booklet as well as on our web site at the following link:
http://www.citizenwatch.com/en-us/support/recharging-guide/
Many of the Eco Drive models incorporate features to give visible cues indicating a low charge state. These visible cues include:
* The sweep second hand on three hand models will move in one second then two second increments. This is known as a “hitch movement”
* The minute hand on two hand models will move in full 1-minute increments, rather than the normal 20-second increment movement of the minute hand.
* Actual charge level indicator. This can be found on some multi-function Eco Drive Dive models such as some of our Skyhawk and Calibre 2100 series.
When an Eco Drive timepiece reaches a low or no charge state, a full recharge will be required. Following a full recharge from a low or no charge state, it is necessary to “reset” the movement to restore normal operation. If the reset is not performed, the hands will continue to operate in the “low charge” state mode, even though the timepiece is fully charged.
* For two or three hand models without a date or specialized functions, simply pull the crown out one “click”, leave it open for 30 seconds, return it to the innermost position next to the case, then set the time.
* For two or three hand models with a date or day/date only (no specialized functions or perpetual calendar), pull the crown out two “clicks”,leave it open for 30 seconds, return it to the innermost position next to the case, then set the time and date and/or date.
* For multi-function Eco Drive models, such as the Perpetual Calendar series, Divers series, Chronographs, Skyhawk series, Sailhawk series and World Timer, more extensive reset procedures are needed. These reset procedures are outlined in the instruction manuals.
For your reference, you can download instructions on our website:

You will need to have your movement caliber in order to view the instructions. This can be determined from the case numbers on the back of your watch. There is a series of alpha/numeric characters that are hyphenated, such as E870-S123465. The first four characters, in this example E870, identifies your movement caliber number.
If you have recharged and reset the watch and your problem persists and you live in the United States, we suggest sending it directly to our Service Headquarters at the following address:

Excellent Watch
The watch is incredible looking. It's so light and runs great. Radio controlled signal is working fine.
A time piece for the ages
It's high-tech and good looking too. I get nice comments all the time when I wear this watch. It stands out without being gaudy. Love the band. It's unique and stylish. Definitely a piece to keep for many years.
