Watch has stopped working

I had the watch for about a year before it stopped. Would not charge and the second hand jumped 3-4 seconds at a time. I need help to resolve this issue (warranty).

Great watch

I am very happy with my recent purchase. I bought this for my father because he had heard so much about the Eco drive. When the watch was delivered I was very happy with the appearance and the quality. It made it even better when my father received his gift and was equally as happy. He loves his new watch. We are both thrilled with the citizen Eco drive from Macy's. We would highly recommend this watch any man.
