The watch is open and used with scrathces on it, and it is missing a protection layer. Disappointed!!

Love the watch! Some training needed at the store

I love this Citizen watch! The watch itself was in perfect condition when I picked it up, and the pickup was relatively quick and efficient. The woman at the jewelry counter who processed my pickup was lovely and very helpful, however I was a little disappointed that she hadn't been trained on how to size the watch. This is nothing against her, because as I said, she was great, and I would shop with her again. That said, if Macy's is going to offer free watch sizing with purchase of a watch, any associate or manager who is scheduled to work in fine jewelry should be trained on how to do it. She was willing to give it a shot, but I was not really comfortable with using my watch as a training tool and potentially risking damage.

This is a must buy

It’s everything and more!!!! I agree that it looks more expensive than what it is. Looks very sleek and goes with every kind of look. Jeans and a v-neck or a nice suit. I love it!
