Great watch

Nice looking watch. Not too expensive to wear everyday. Won’t need a battery for many many years. I have several other watches that require batteries every year, it’s a pain.

An excellent-looking watch, has high quality.

It looks gorgeous and looks much more expensive than its actual price. It never needs battery replacement. Very beautiful and prcise.

Terrible experience. The watch did not come with instructions or set up tools. I used my tools from a previous watch purchase and followed the instructions via Citizen's website. The main clasp spring came out easily but the watch links will not come out despite using several tools (paperclip, safety pin, etc.). I feel like I will break the watch if I push any harder, so I can't adjust the strap to my wrist. The main clasp's spring is doubled-ended, which makes it annoying to reinsert. Overall, a disappointing experience and I'm let down by the quality.

wrong box delivered mostly 😕

stupid usps Macy's says my watch ⌚️ is delivered but different box was delivered in my mail box and different name and address in the package. now I have to wait by Monday to confront this mail person
