Disppointing performance

I’ve had this stir-fry pan for about a year. While I loved it at first, I’m now really disappointed—everything sticks to it, even when I use oil or butter. It’s never been used in the oven and has only ever been hand-washed. My older Tramontina nonstick pan performs much better, even after years of use.

Just as advertised

I have the entire line of A1 scratch defense and they have been perfect. I ordered 2 more of the 2 quart pans. The steam lids are great. Easy to clean even without a dishwasher. I recommend not using any metal cooking utensils.

Lids dented,

These look great, only thing is that 2 of the lids have dents in them(I will be asking for a replacement). Only time will tell if the ScratchDefense technology will last as advertised. A review would be great after 2, 3 or even 5 years!

Great Cookware!

So far in using this new cookware it has been great to use. I made fried eggs without any type of oil or fat in the pan. They did not stick. The cookware looks and feels like good quality.
