Fit is not consistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a pair for both my husband and son. They wear the same size. My order came in great but the two pairs of the same pant size are not the same size. I cannot find an option for a return. If they were on sale (honestly can't remember, nor can I find the original order) and hence it is final, this will be my last order of Chubbies - as I would expect the two pairs of the same size ordered to come in correctly.

Love Chubbies

Best casual pants I own.
