Worst shoes they've ever made

I've spent a lot of money with this brand over the past 10 years these are by far the worst boots I've encountered quality wise. They're not good for a person with a high arch. If feels like a Steve Madden shoe very hard bottoms.

lower standards

This was the first irem that I ave purchused thru Macy's that I was so disappointed in...the quality of the boots was was so much lower than I would of ever expected from you. The boots arrived and I honestly thought it was a joke...that's how cheap they looked from the box, imagine on!!! Very unsatisfied that you have lowered your standards on some merchandise.

Cute pics but reality is quite different

They look very cheap and they are not well made. It’s hard to get your foot in without rubbing up against a seam that is very rough. I would not recommend these boots.

Comfortable

The boots are cute, but the front part around the ankle is a weird fit. Comfy though.
