BRACELET BROKE & Macy's won't help

My daughter got this bracelet for her birthday. She has only been wearing it for 2 months. it completely broke. I tried to call Macy's and they refuse to send me a replacement.

Not impressed

pic is misleading, super small. So small in fact that you must take a pic in order to enlarge it to see and read the wording
