Clasp broke at first use

Bought these for my goddaughter for her birthday. She had just had her ears pierced. Her mom finally went to put them on her and one broke! The inner clasp broke and could not be salvaged. I’m so disappointed. I expect much greater quality from Macys. I told her to return them to her local Macys.

my daughter loves them but comes out easily! I got her 3 pair because she loves the hoop and diamond but I’m done replacing them!!
