charm came off/ really disappointed

This product is low quality, Do Not buy it. I got it as a gift for my niece and as soon as she open it the stone came off. So embarrassing!!! Poor quality.

Very poor quality jewelry

Very poor quality. Do not buy. Diamonds on heart of earring fell off gold portion of earring within two weeks of wear. Customer service as no help.

Had these for maybe 3 months wore maybe about a week total. The heart fell off. We own 3 pair of these because they are my daughter favorite and aren’t worth the price at all. If only they allowed to submit pics. So disappointed

Cheap poor quality earrings.

The earrings are cute but very poorly made. Was shocked by the quality especially coming from Macys. While taking the earrings out of the box, the crystal center immediately came off. It looked like a piece of hard plastic with crstal affixed to it and then it was glued to the base of the earring. Highly disappointed, we returned the earrings to Macys and headed to a jeweler to get our little one a pair of earrings. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
