Quality iron

I did my research and found this to be quality made iron. However, I will be returning this iron. In the box, there was paperwork reflecting a different price than what I paid. I have not taken the iron out of its box. I take care of bedridden stroke victim and my time is at a premium. I have to travel to the next town which is more than 10 miles to go to the UPS store to initiate the return shipment.

Other occasion to buy:Simple okay gadget. Steam control should be separate from the heat control.

Wish it worked better, will do for now

I'm disappointed that this iron with all its holes for steaming doesn't get out every crease and wrinkle unless I wet with water what I am ironing. Sometimes if I leave the iron on the fabric for about 5 seconds, it will do much better. Otherwise, I like it!

Great iron

So far, this iron is working beautifully! It steams when it is supposed to and doesn’t start the annoying beeping until after 30 min. It has a nice long cord and is just the right size.

Piece of Junk

Suddenly stopped working after only 4 months. Another piece of expensive junk. I have no idea what brand iron I should buy next. They are all junk these days.
