Don't drop it!

I really loved this hair dryer until it fell on the floor in the bathroom. This has happened to us all, right? The silver around the nozzle (really cheap plastic, not metal) cracked and now doesn't allow the concentrator to stay in place. Chi will not cover it under warranty and does not have a repair department. Thank goodness my credit card covered it, since it was less than four months after purchase.
