10 out of 10 for customer service and Quality
This is such a beautiful set. They sent me the wrong nightstand (the one without the outlet), and the headboard came with a slight scratch. I called Macy's, and they are sending me the correct nightstand and another headboard next Friday at no additional cost to me. Besides those two issues, the white glove delivery went great. I am so glad I purchased the white Chelsea mirror. It was not included with the set, but it matches perfectly. It came with a wall mount set for hanging it on the wall, but the delivery team had the tools to attach it to the dresser instead, which worked perfectly.

Dresser Review
Although this is nice looking and has deep drawers, there’s an orange stain that comes off in every drawer when I wiped them —3 times, even vacuumed them but it didn’t work. Just got them delivered yesterday and I’m returning them because they will stain my clothes.

White dresser
Love the way drawers open and close. Quality is very good. The knobs we’re cheesy ( which I saw in the store) so I replaced them with real metal medium colored brass ( cost about 80.00 from online Lowe’s) Great value for the price.

poor quality - do not purchase!
The bedroom set seems to have issues from manufacturer- I’ve only had this set for 2 years and the white paint has developed some sort of sticky texture and when I tried to remove it, it’s turned to yellow dotted stains on my dresser and now it’s beginning to happen to the backboard of the bed set. I contacted macys customer service and my warranty is no longer valid therefore nothing can be done. I do not recommend, do not buy!

White Glove Delievevy DAMAGE ITEM
This Item was ordered for and scheduled to be delivered on Nov. 23rd, the time of the scheduled delivery fluctuated over an hour which I have to give the delivery contractor credit for their transparency. Now, for the extra Macys WHITE GLOVE payment which I paid extra for to ensure priority delivery and special considerations when this item was ordered. The contracted delivery Company did not fulfill there obligation. The Item delivered WAS DAMAGED when opened up the by the MACY'S contracted vendor at the purchaser's residence. Payment was made in good faith for this item but was not fulfilled by MACY'S .. as a PLATIUM MEMBER of many years I do not appreciate this unprofessional response to my order. WHY IS THIS ORGANIZATIONAL LACK OF RESPONSE TOLERATED .. I was expensed for a service of special response and delivery by MACY'S, but that service was not fulfilled, Now, I will have to re-schedule another date and time in the future for this fiasco ... WHY !!!

Rachel Ray Chelsea bedroom set
looks good but it's cheaply made. draws stick and large chest of drawers take 2 hands to open, slides wobble. I would not buy again

Pressed wood
I do not recommend very low quality material, it's wood is not hard as it says on the page it is pressed wood.I bought this set last year and the wood on right side of the base broke
