I Like It So Much!

I've had my ChefWave Nut Milk Maker for 4 months. The instructions are clear. The machine is easy to use. I use it almost everyday. The self-cleaning feature is super easy and quick - no mess. I've experimented with different amounts and types of nuts, along with different sweeteners. Figs are my favorite. Things I'd adjust: First, the fit of the lid. Lid pops out just sitting on the counter, or falls off while pouring. This happens only when it contains hot liquid. Second, I think the on/off feature could be better. I've pulled the plug to get a quick stop - having forgotten to add something, or when I've hit 10oz rather than 20oz. Lastly, I'd like a 32oz option. This is a quality piece and I'm glad I bought it. I would recommend this product. If you buy nutmilk, this unit will pay for itself in a very acceptable time. Can you please send me a new lid? The one it came with doesn't fit properly.

DO NOT BUY

I bought this and loved it. For six months. Then, I kept getting E 10 in the middle of cycle. That left you with a full machine of hot steaming milk that you couldn't empty. They recommend cleaning it, but you can't clean the very hose that an E 10 says is blocked. I even took it all apart to no avail 50% of the time it would fail. They offer NO customer support other than to say you can always buy a new one. I got a MioMatte nutmilk maker instead and I'm so much happier. This is a high tech piece of tech that will get thrown away within 18 months of ownership. I recommended it to my audience, and many bought it, they had the same problem. THey ended up throwing them out as well a sthe company offered no recourse. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

I like it…

I really enjoy it. The little pricey however I do tend to use it quite often. I’ve only made cashew milk and almond milk. The self cleaning mode is pretty cool. Anyone who wants to make nut milk at home and know that there’s no preservatives this is a good little tool to have. You can also set a timer where it can start in the morning for you so you don’t have to get out of bed. Though, I haven’t use that yet.

Quality not up to par

I enjoy using the ChefWave Milkmade machine, however the quality is not up to par. I bought it and already start having issue with it after a few use. The cup with the magnetic part shattered and there’s no replacement part for it. I would give this product a 5 stars but the above issues is preventing me from enjoying the product.
