**Great Machine with Room for Improvement**

Overall, I’m happy with my Chefman espresso machine—it’s compact, stylish, and makes great espresso, cappuccino, and mocha. However, the latte function doesn’t work well, and I hope the team can help me resolve this. A bit more consistency in the frothing would make it perfect!

I love it. It is so easy to use.

I love it. It is so easy to use. It is quiet compare to other brand. I wish there is an extra portafilter so that it is faster to make another type of coffee when there's more visitor at home. Overall it is a verygood and useful product.

Great except for a broken gasket!

I love my Barista Pro espresso machine. Received it for mother's day 2024 and use it a few times per week. However, about a week ago the gasket at the connection between the machine and the milk reservoir lid broke, and I can no longer utilize the milk feature at all. I'm hoping to get replacement gaskets so I can repair the machine.

Chefman Espresso Machine

The product itself is very straightforward to use! I love how you can just put your cup under and let it do it's thing to make any type of latte for you. Unfortunately not long after I bought it the milk frother quit working and just began shooting out cold milk, not sure what happened as it was a new machine and I've been cleaning it and everything, I am filling this warranty form out in hopes that whether it's a part thats needed or whatnot can get figured out so I can get back to making coffees. As it was a good machine until that, as an espresso machine is a bit pointless without a working milk frother.
