Not firm enough

Box crushed

Refused delivery as box was crushed. Wasn’t allowed to open it to see if product was damaged. Haven’t been contacted by seller with notification of return. Would like a replacement but unsure how to proceed

Not as comfortable as I would prefer. Too thick.

Do not recommend

This pillow feels very thin & the filling feels very loose. It’s surprisingly poor quality. It feels like one that is 5 years old & it just came out of the box! There is no support and when laid on, it flattens out like a pancake. I woke not recommend this pillow by a long shot!
