Received wrong order twice!

I ordered this top online and they sent me an entirely different top-different brand, different color, different size, different style. I re-ordered the top and the same thing happened again! Another different brand, style, size, etc. How does this even happen? And twice?

Very nice. Bought in e colors. Haven’t worn yet. The white one is stunning but going to wait till I’m a little tan to wear it. The others (navy, pink) will go fine with jeans. Perfect work shirt.
