Best warm vest for NJ/PA

This is the best vest! It's warm, well made, soft comfortable & the hood has a zipper, incase you don't want the hood. I usually wear 10-12, so I got L. It's a little snug around my waist(more sit-ups!). I really shopped & it paid off. Macy's product & it's great!!
