Very attractive simplicity

I purchased the garnet colored Charter Club puffer coat that’s hooded and packable. It’s very lightweight but warm with Sorona insulation a partially plant based polymer. Had to return the first one and reorder because the zipper didn’t work. The second coat zipper is touchy but Workable and I am wearing the coat occasionally now that it’s Spring. Haven’t tried it in the rain yet!!!!

Runs small and not quality

I usually wear a XL but this jacket was small and it makes me sweat. The right pocket zipper gets stuck with the material. I have too keep loosing the fabric to zip it up.

Charter Club Product Defect!

Just off the phone talking to 2 Customer Representatives. The situation is that I bought the attached jacket in the picture during Thanksgiving and have worn it only 4x. Last night I put into wash after reading the instructions, and was shocked to see how it came out from the machine. This morning I called the CS line - and was told that this was not a Macy’s problem. Also, any replacement was not discussed - where I found out that actually the jacket was still available. I would like to have this jacket replaced ASAP. However, the CS is not even looking at the picture to see how bad the Charter Club product defect is. I am not getting my money back either. What are we talking about? This is Macyis own product line!!!

Nice and warm lightweight coat.

Nice and warm, lightweight, good color. Washes well. Bought both the long and short version. And bought for my mum as well. Love them.
