I feel pretty!

These Charter Club Linen shirts are well done! The material is truly linen, a bit rough before washing, but then soft, and breathable. They do require a touch up with an iron which is to be expected with linen. The fit is just right, sleeves up or done, and the neutral colors as well as the pink look rich and classy. I purchased four of these in different colors and they will serve me well both in warm and cooler weather especially since they can be layered. Highly recommend these well made shirts that truly make me "feel pretty."

Heavy and itchy

I was hoping this would be lightweight and comfortable for summer - instead it is heavyweight linen and itchy. Will return. Wish I could find a lightweight tissue linen button down

Bleeds color

The shirt is very nice fitting but it bleeds color when I hand washed it. I hope it’s only the first time.

Charter Club linen shirt, fits large.

I bought the aqua color, which is a very vibrant, pretty aqua. The shirts are running larger than usual, so I returned my medium and bought a petite medium instead. I am a size 6 and tried the small first, which fit everywhere but the chest. I am not that full figured, so the sizes are larger, but flatter, if that makes sense. I also like having pockets, but preferred the Charter Club linen from the past where they had button closed flaps on the pockets. It just looks more finished, something missing in todays tailoring perhaps? Still, the linen is soft and washed well in cold water and tumbled dry on low. If it shrank at all, it was minimum, but you could hang dry if cautious. Machine drying made it softer.
