Falling apart after 3 months

I bought the dress in black and it's very soft and very flattering. The dress is very thin cashmere. I've worn the dress 3 times in 4 months and it's coming apart at the seam between the turtleneck and body of the dress. I always follow washing instructions so it's either the quality of the dress or a defective garment. What a bummer because it really looks great on a curvy figure.

Mine was ripped in two places.

If I could five zero stars, I would. My rating is not based on the dress, but on how it was delivered to me. There were two rips in the collar. I will return this one, but I did re-order a new one. It’s ridiculous that the torn one was sent out as new. I knew something was wrong, when I pulled the dress from the plastic. It appeared to have been worn, returned, retagged, and then sent to me. Yuck.

Very disappointed and not recommended

The dress came in the wrong size. The color is much more brighter in online picture. The cashmere is not soft and is quite thin. I am so disappointed as charter club cashmere used to be one of my favorite brands. However, compared with cashmere dresses or sweaters of other brands like JC or AT, the quality is not good as expected. What’s more, when I ask the online agent to help me to exchange the right size I ordered, she refused with a reason that other people also got the wrong sizes and asked me to call Customer Service via phone.

Very pretty and soft.

I love this dress. I wear a Small and ordered a Medium because I didn't want it to stretch out. It is a little loose on me but I like it. It's super soft, a lovely pattern and thicker than the Charter cashmere sweaters (better quality as well).
