Nice but sent in worn condition

Sent with parfume smell and light balls formed on sleeves. Unacceptable customer service. Mistakes with reorder. As of now I am uncompensated for three returned items which were processed theough customer service. Macy's had fallen from its pedestal for me

Holiday favorite

Beautiful and soft sweater that was perfect for the holidays. I would’ve given 5 stars however a few of the pearls and beads were not sown on well and needed to be fixed.
