Nice Pillow but miss the Vail brand

Charter Club King size Soft Down fill was affordably nice (on sale). These were replacements for the Charter Club Vail pillows sold years ago. Wish those still existed as these are not as fluffy but will do. Tried the King Firm fill but they were too stiff. All in all, satisfied.

Stiff

This down pillow is extremely stiff and firm. Not exactly what I was expecting despite ready the many mixed reviews. I am keeping it, just because I don’t like to do returns. It will go on the guest bed! As far it being a good price, not for the pillow I received.

Noisy

I bought a couple of these a few years ago and they were great but it seems something is different now. This pillow was very noisy. I couldn’t even get to sleep spot and it disturbed my husband too. I’m sending it back.

Too Firm for a soft down pillow

I’ve slept on a soft Charter Club down pillow for many years. It finally lost enough loft that I decided to get a replacement. The new soft now feels like a firm. Even the ticking and cover are not as soft. I’m considering returning it for those reasons. Very disappointed.
