Don't waste your money

I think this might be the worst pillow I've ever owned. How is a new pillow this flat? I know it's supposed to be soft, but this is ridiculous. I've purchased several pillows of this brand and they used to be decent. Apparently they're filling their pillows with about 50% of the material they previously used - not a good way to keep customer loyalty. I won't purchase from here again.
