Disappointed

I ordered this to soften up our bed since it is too firm for me. I opened the package and was disappointed with how thin the topper was. I also received it with holes in two of the four corners and with dried blood stains on it. I have never had issues before with my orders but was totally grossed out. I will be returning this and looking for a better option.
