Horrible experience.

The item never showed up, so I had to find another Christmas gift for my wife. I was never notified, so when I called to find out where the item was, I was told that it couldn’t be delivered to my home address and it was sent to a warehouse in Nashville.

Nice pajamas, but not as well made as they were a

Nice pajamas, but not as well made as they were a couple of years ago. At that time I bought the cardinal print and it had a nicer fabric and decent sized red buttons. The cardinal print one's this year had had a lower thread count fabric and dress shirt sizes buttons that do not work well on pajamas. Disappointing to see the product cheapened and the prices rising.

Shrunk a size

My usual Medium Petite shrunk badly in the top which also was hard to button for me a 71 year old senior! I found the fabric itchy and scratchy too,. Only two stars for the cute print! Sent the two pair I ordered back. Would recommend ordering a size up if you must have these.

Flannel pjs

These flannel pjs are a good quality. They were a great find my only beef is that the stripes// checks do not align on the tartan pajama bottom

2023 Christmas Gift

I ordered the flannel pajamas for my 93 yr. young Mother as a Christmas gift to help keep her warm.

The shipping location was out of stock!

I never received the pajamas. They were not in stock in the location they should have been shipped from. I was only notified the day before I was to pick them up in the Paramus Park store.

Thin material

I have been able to buy regular size pajamas past few years but they seem to have changed sizing. The arms & pants were too long. Returned them and got petite size. I have to buy a size larger in petite. They fit well but the material is thin unlike the pair of regular Charter Club (different pattern), ones I purchased. Returning because they are not the thicker, warmer ones expected.
