Flatter than a pancake in only a few months

AWFUL. Started out nice, but got very flat and useless in only a few months. Complete waste of money.

Too Thick

Picture of pillow on web-site is misleading. Pillow height is actually about 10 inches which is extremely thicker than the 3-4 inches shown on web-site. Very uncomfortable for the neck. Also, packaging indicates pillow is best for sleeping on stomach which was not indicated on web-site. Fabric is cool to the touch and feels very soft.
