Macys poor service

I have not received this item. It seems to be lost and Macys has been no help in finding out what happened. And they have not replaced the lost item. But they sure have charged my credit card. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and now I don’t have it.

Cashmere boxed set. Hat & gloves could be larger.

Perfect!!Soft and as wished with one exception: would like different sizes, larger on gloves in particular would be nice.
