Two not cheap pillows came unwrapped in an old box. Are they even new? They were stuffed into a small brown box with zero wrapping on them, zero tags. I’m returning but didn’t realize Macys would ship products like Temu.

Pillow never fluffed up once taken out of packaging. I gave it two days and fluffed it myself with no luck. I would not recommend. Does not look like picture.

If Flat is Good For You Then by All Means
I reviewed the product earlier but wanted to include photos of the packaging so others would see how two King size pillows fit in a small box when shipped. I unrolled one pillow and it didn’t take us much effort to roll it back up and place in the original packaging for the return. King size luxe pillows that have feather down in them should not be this easy to collapse. When unrolled you would need to use both pillows consecutively in order for head support. That’s ridiculous in my opinion. Price point is way out of control based on the quality of the product.

How Can This Get Good Reviews?
With a 4.8 rating I knew this pillow would be awesome. The small package arrived on my doorstep and I wondered how could two king size pillows be in such a small box? Well, they can fit in small spaces since there is no filling. If you like lying on a flat surface to sleep then this pillow is for you. I need neck support since I am a side sleeper. You would need to use both pillows to get any type of support and that is just a ridiculous concept. I am returning these. Now back to my quest of finding a feather down that supports and yet doesn’t make my bedroom look like I have been harming geese in the middle of the night with feathers everywhere.

These pillows are rolled in the packaging but they do fluff back up.

Comfy When Stacked
Nice pillow and comfy when stacked with the other pillow that comes in the package ....but you need, at minimum, 2 pillows (because the pillows are very flat and minimally stuffed.) Four pillows = 2 orders results in a luxurious comfort level.

Terrible pillows, smelled bad, packaged poorly.
The two pillows came rolled like little sausages in plastic. I unwrapped them and they both smelled, one so bad I could barely stand it. I’ve washed it twice, but it still smells. I’ll probably end up throwing it away. Everything about this purchase was unsatisfactory from the way the product was shipped to the condition that it arrived in. And I don’t have the energy to go into the store and try to explain what the problem is, because the customer service is always overwhelmed and understaffed.
