Horrible shedding

If I could give zero stars I would. These towels have been washed and still have a ton of shedding/peeling.

Very pleased so far

These Charisma towels are very large, very thick, very soft, and very absorbent. I have washed them four times and am hoping that they continue to remain this way for a long time.

Bath Towel Set

I ordered what i thought was a towel set..Thats what the picture showed.. I got one bath towel...If Macys is going to treat their customers like this, i will not order anything else from them in the future...

. This picture is very deceiving! I order this twice by looking at items pictured and only received one large towel. Now, I have mailed them as gifts and so I can’t return.

Not a good towel

I bought several of these in a variety of colors. They lasted about 6-7 months and I had to dispose of them. I noticed all of these pulled out threads, I cut several and each time I washed them there were more and more. Not at all pleased with them.

Avoid Macys!

I placed the order for pickup and was not notified about the order for 2 weeks. When I finally did get them, the towels were fine but Macy’s Customer Service was awful. I was double charged for this purchase several weeks ago and am still trying to get it resolved.
