Char-Broil Big Easy® Smoker Roaster & Grill

Great product

I bought the Char-Broil Big Easy because many review I read stated that the meat cooked evenly. I used the Big Easy for Thanksgiving cooking a turkey and there were parts of the meat that were still raw while other thicker parts were cooked throughly. Does anyone have any advice on how to ensure that the turkey gets cooked evenly? Position of the turkey, makes a difference?

Love this grill!!

I bought this originally to try cooking a Christmas prime rib. The closer it got to the big day, I found out that I had to cook 2 prime rib roasts. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time using this grill. I used the included basket, racks and my own thermometer to roast these 2 hunks of meat to absolute perfection. It couldn't have been easier or tasted better, that was over 2 years ago. I have since only used my expensive, Weber Genesis once, it is a yard ornament. I use the Big Easy for everything including ribs, wings, vegetables, steaks, burgers and our favorite, kabobs. It is so versatile with the included basket, rib hooks & grill top. It is so easy to move around, in fact I take it with us on our dozen or so camping trips a year. I seldom use the grill or stove in our camper trailer and never use the campground grill. I often have fellow campers asking what it is that I am using to cook our food. I love this grill so much that I bought another and have it new in the box, sitting in storage to have when my current one wears out.

Does it all.

Works for just about everything. Great little smoker for pork butts. Does terrific beer can chicken. and grills w/o flare-ups for the perfect meat main course

Easy to assemble

I bought the Big Easy two months ago - very easy to assemble and set up. Can't wait for first fried turkey for Thanksgiving!

Super Grill and smoker. Built right and works like

I never had a True Infrared or any Infrared before. I had given up on Propane based Grills years ago, but when I saw this one on TV I had to give it a try. I am so so happy I did. You have to be careful and not over cook because it cooks and smokes very fast, but once I learned that I have made the best Ribs, Brisket, Sausage, steaks and burgers that I have ever tasted. I bought a cover so I can get this grill to last a while and not rust out like my many others.

Quick and convenient, and it's perfect for small spaces.

Easy Cooking

This is the best Grill I've ever owned. Since we travel as campers a lot we take it with us. I've cooked whole chicken, steak, burgers, hot dogs, Baby Back Ribs and Prime Rib Roast. My wife and I loves this Grill.
